Medfield Music Mission
The Medfield Public Schools Music Program is committed to providing music education to all students in all grades, in a variety of settings, and across all genres. This education is grounded in standards-based instruction, high expectations, and equity of access. Through general music and ensemble participation students will grow as individual musicians as well become productive and collaborative ensemble members.
Even though the rest of our school year is unknown, we’ve been working with the MMA so that we can still offer its traditional and new awards. There are 2 MMA awards (previously described as scholarships) that are being offered:
- The Junior Mentorship Award is in its second year and all juniors are eligible to apply. The application can be found HERE.
- The MMA Summer Study Awards are given to students who are pursuing music study in the summer through either private lessons or participation in a summer camp/program. The application can be found HERE.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions at any time to Mr. Jason Bielik at email@example.com.
